| 摘 要： | 创新是当前中医药发展的核心力量,随着中药现代化进程的不断推进,中药领域迫切需要引进具有创新能力的中药学人才。本文通过分析新时代背景下中医药发展所遇到的问题,从建设创新型教师队伍、教学体系、教学评价方式、创新性学习平台等方面,对在中药学人才培养中如何加强创新能力教育进行思考。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the force at the core of the development of traditional Chinese medicine.With the continuous modernization progress of traditional Chinese medicine,talents with innovation ability are urgently needed to be introduced in the field of Chinese materia medica.Through the analysis of new problems encountered during the development of traditional Chinese medicine in new era,this paper reflects how to improve education for innovative ability during the personnel cultivation of Chinese materia medica,focusing on aspects concerning with construction of innovative teachers,teaching system,teaching evaluation and innovative learning platform. |
