尤瑞克林联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的分析研究尤瑞克林联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法将72例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,两组同时给予基础药物,观察组采用尤瑞克林联合低分子肝素钙治疗;对照组采用舒血宁联合低分子肝素钙治疗,观察记录两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果用药2周后,观察组总有效率为86.11%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显降低,与对照组比较,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死疗效确切,有利于进展性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能的恢复。

Clinical Efficacy of Yuri Orlov Kerlin Joint Low Molecular Heparin Calcium for Treatment of Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of yuri orlov kerlin joint low molecular heparin calcium for treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group each of 36 cases,the observation group were given yuri orlov kerlin joint low molecular heparin calcium;the control group were given low molecular heparin calcium joint shuxuening treatment;basic drugs were given to both of the groups.The curative effects and adverse effects of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results After 2-week treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 86.11%,in the control group was 75.00%,the difference was significantly different(P<0.05);the neurologic impairment score in both groups had significant improvement as compared with before treatment,with the observation group showing a better improvement than in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yuri orlov kerlin joint low molecular heparin calcium was proved to be a safe and effective therapy for progressive cerebral infarction.
