高血压病的发生发展与合并症相关性的研究进展

高血压病是全球性多发病之一,其发病率在中国逐年上升。它严重危害了人类的健康,产生心、脑、肾等内脏器官的并发症,导致伤残、死亡。高血压病的危害在于其能导致心、脑、肾等多个器官和系统的病变。在我国,高血压病最常见的并发症是脑卒中;其次是高血压导致的相关心脏损害,包括心肌肥厚、冠状动脉硬化、心律失常和心力衰竭等,再是肾脏损害和周围血管病变,高血压发展到中晚期,可发生视网膜病变;较少见但严重的并发症为主动脉夹层动脉瘤,糖尿病也是高血压常见的合并症之一。防治高血压的研究越来越引起世界各国学者的重视,有关调查指出对于诊断明确的高血压患者,通过积极、正确的治疗,能使血压恢复正常或者接近正常,有效预防合并症,可以显著降低患者致残率和死亡率

Research progress on the relationship between occurrence and development of hypertension and its complication

Hypertension is one of the global frequently-occurring diseases,its incidence in China increased year after year.The disease serious harm to human health,produce the complications of heart,brain,kidney and the other organs,and lead to disability or death.The harm of hypertension is high blood pressure which can lead to heart,brain,kidney and other organs and the systems lesions,in our country,the most common complication of hypertension is stroke,followed by heart damage from high blood pressure,including myocardial hypertrophy,coronary atherosclerosis,arrhythmia and heart failure,again is kidney damage and peripheral vascular lesions,high blood pressure in the development period can bring retinopathy;dissecting aneurysm of aorta is rare but serious complications.Diabetes is a common complication of high blood pressure.The research on prevention and control of hypertension more and more attracted worldwide attention of scholars.The investigation says that blood pressure returned to normal or close to normal by the positive,the correct treatment for diagnosis clear hypertensive patients,it can effectively prevent complications,and significantly reduce disability rate and mortality.
