| 摘 要： | 黄芪为豆科多年生草本植物,药用部位为根,是一种常用的扶正中药。黄芪中的化学成分富含多糖、皂苷、氨基酸等。多糖是一类生物高分子,随着分子生物学的发展,糖类及其结合物分子具有极其重要的生物功能已逐渐被人们所认识,黄芪多糖(APS)具有免疫促进功能的研究时有报道。现就APS对免疫器官、免疫细胞及免疫分子的作用予以综述。

| Abstract: | Astragalus,a kind of adversity-resistant perennial herb,medicinal part of which is root,is a common centralizer traditional Chinese medicine.The chemical composition of astragalus was reported to be rich in polysaccharide,saponins,and amino acid etc..Polysaccharide is a kind of biological macromolecules,with the development of molecular biology,the important biological function of carbonhydrates and its conjugates molecular has gradually been recognized.Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)has been reported of immune promoting function now and then.Here is to make a review on APS function on the immune organs,cells and molecules. |
