| 摘 要： | 血管生成被认为是肿瘤生长和转移的一个主要机制,它在乳腺癌的生长、浸润和转移过程中起着重要的作用,因此血管生成是一种理想的药物靶点。最近在乳腺癌研究中非常活跃的领域包括了抗血管生成治疗。目前,许多抗血管生成药物已在乳腺癌及一些实性肿瘤中应用并在临床治疗中取得了很大的进步。

| Abstract: | Angiogenesis is considered one of the key mechanisms of tumour growth and metastasis,which plays an important role in the growth,invasion and metasitasis of breast cancer.Therefore it represents an ideal pharmaceutical target.Many antiangiogenic agents have been developed so far in several solid tumours and also in breast cancer,and have shown significant improvement in the clinical treatment. |
