颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查与脑梗死预测的相关性研究

目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死之间的关系,了解颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查在脑梗死预测中的作用。方法对我院2009年5月~2011年5月收治的80例脑梗死患者（观察组）和80例健康体检者（对照组）的颈动脉进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查。结果观察组80例脑梗死患者有57例检出颈动脉硬化斑块,斑块检出率为71.25%,显著高于对照组斑块检出率（26.25%）（P〈0.01）。两组颈动脉分叉处硬化斑块检出率高于其他部位斑块检出率。观察组中不稳定性斑块的比率（62.5%）显著高于对照组不稳定性斑块的比率（17.1%）,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论脑梗死发生与颈动脉粥样硬化有关,颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查对脑梗死预测有重要临床意义。

Value of prediction of cerebral infarction by detecting carotid artery with color Doppler ultrasound

Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis,and discuss the value of prediction of cerebral infarction by detecting carotid artery with color Doppler ultrasound.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction(observation group) and 80 patients without cerebral infarction(control group) who were delivered in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 were detected with color Doppler ultrasound.Results The number of carotid atherosclerotic plaque were 57 cases among the 80 cases with cerebral infarction(observation group),the plaque detection rate was 71.25%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(26.25%).The location of the hard plaque in the bifurcation of carotid artery in two groups was higher than that in other places.Compared with the rate of plaque instability(17.1%) in the control group,the rate of plaque instability(62.5%) in observation group was much higher,the difference was highly statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion The incidence of cerebral infarction relates with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.The conditions of cerebral infarction are related to the property of the nature of the hardened plaque.Detecting carotid artery with color Doppler ultrasound has important clinical significance for the prediction of cerebral infarction.
