螺旋CT低剂量扫描应用中影响因素的分析

摘    要:CT是一种高辐射检查手段。CT低剂量扫描越来越受到重视。在实施低剂量扫描时,应充分掌握并理解各种影响因素与影响。不同机型相同技术参数扫描辐射剂量是不同的。技术参数选择是调节辐射剂量的常用方法:通过降低管电流量与管电压、合理增加螺距、使用宽准直、减小扫描范围等,可以降低辐射剂量。个体间与扫描部位的差异、诊断任务的不同,所接受低剂量程度不同;高自然对比部位、以了解解剖为目的诊断任务更能接受低剂量。好的技术与职业修养,才能主动为患者实施低剂量扫描。

Abstract:CT is a high radiation inspection method.Low-does CT scan is being paid more and more attention to.In the implementation of low-dose scanning,through master and understanding of all kinds of factors should be achieved.Scanning radiation doses of the same technology parameters of different models are different.Technical parameter choice is the commonly used method to adjust radiation:lowering the tube electric flow and voltage,reasonably increasing pitch,using width of collimation,or reducing scanning range,can reduce the radiation dose.Individual differences,scanning parts differences,different diagnosis tasks receive different degrees of low-dose;high natural contrast areas,diagnosis task with anatomy understanding as purpose can better accept low doses.Good technical and vocational training can actively carry out low dose scanning for patients.
