2型糖尿病甲状腺激素与代谢指标的相关性分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者甲状腺激素水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择我院2010年12月至2011年6月住院的T2DM患者52例为实验组,选取同期健康体检者52例为对照组,分别测定两组受试者血清三碘甲腺原氨酸总量(TT3)、甲状腺素总量(TT4)、游离甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、空腹血糖以及血脂水平,并对影响T2DM甲状腺激素水平的高危因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果两组患者TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同空腹血糖水平甲状腺激素水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);由单因素分析获得的高危因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,结果显示体质量指数、糖化血红蛋白和三酰甘油脂蛋白均有统计学意义(P<0.05),是影响T2DM甲状腺激素的高危因素。结论测定甲状腺激素水平对T2DM评估和控制病情以及判断预后具有重要的临床意义。

Study of Correlation between Thyroidhormone and the Metabolic Indexes in Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore thyroid hormone levels and the clinical significance of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods 52 patients withT2DM hospitalized in our hospital from December 2010 to June 2011 were selected as the test group,52 healthy people(for health check-up)of the same period were selected as the control group,all of whom were measured serum TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4 and TSH,fasting blood sugar and blood fat.And multi-factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis was done on the risk factors of T2DM thyroid hormone.Results Differences in TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,and TSH were statistically significant(P<0.05).Thyroid hormone levels at different fasting blood sugar levels of the two groups was statistically significant different(P<0.05).Multi-factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis wase done through high risk factors obtained from single factor analysis,and the results showed that BMI,HbA1C and TG all have statistical significance(P<0.05),which were high risk factors for T2DM thyroid hormone.Conclusion Determination of thyroid hormone levels have important clinical significance for the assessment,control and prognosis of T2DM.
