脑小血管病发病机制的研究进展

脑小血管病早期认知功能障碍较轻,不易引起人们的重视,但其通常逐渐进展为痴呆,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着现代医学技术的发展,人们对脑小血管病可能的发病机制有了更加深入的了解,但其确切的发病机制尚未阐明,在研究中仍然存在许多争议,且目前大部分工作还停留在初浅阶段,仍需进一步研究、探讨,以期探索更为确切的发病机制,为脑小血管病的治疗奠定基础。

Research Progress in Pathomechanism of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease

Because of the lighter cognitive dysfunction in early period,cerebral small vessel disease cannot cause enough attention,which often develops into dementia gradually and affect patients′ quality of life seriously.With the development of modern medical technology,people have a deeper understanding of the possible pathogenesis of this disease.However the exact pathogenesis has not been elucidated and a variety of disputes still exist.Currently,the study still stays in primary stage.To explore the more exact pathogenesis and lay the foundation for treatment of cerebral small vessel disease,further study and discussion is still needed.
