磷酸铝凝胶辅助治疗慢性腹泻的疗效观察

目的探究磷酸铝凝胶在辅助治疗慢性腹泻中的疗效。方法选取我院消化内科2009～2011年治疗的132例患者慢性腹泻患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为两组,常规组76例给予抗感染、补液、纠正电解质及酸碱紊乱等常规对症治疗;磷酸铝组患者在常规组的基础上加用磷酸铝凝胶辅助治疗。观察患儿治疗效果及药物不良反应的情况。结果磷酸铝凝胶辅助治疗的效果明显优于常规治疗(P<0.01)。磷酸铝组患者在呕吐、腹泻方面的改善情况明显优于常规组(P<0.01);患者发热例数比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论使用磷酸铝凝胶辅助治疗慢性腹泻可有效地提高患者的治疗有效率,并且无明显的药物不良反应。

The Efficacy of Aluminum Phosphate Gel as Adjuvant Therapy for Chronic Diarrhea

Objective To explore the efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel as adjuvant treatment of chronic diarrhea.Methods 132 patients with chronic diarrhea treated in our hospital between 2009-2011 were selected for the study.76 cases in the conventional group were given anti-infection,fluid replacement,correcting electrolyte and acid-base disorders treatment;aluminum phosphate gel were given to the aluminum phosphate group on the basis of the conventional group treatment.The therapeutic effect and the drug side effects were observed.Results Aluminum phosphate group is superior to conventional group(P<0.01) in therapeutic effects;antiemetic,antidiarrheal effect of the aluminum phosphate group is obviously better than the conventional group(P<0.01);no obvious difference(P>0.05) in antipyretic effect with regard of fever case number.Conclusion Aluminum phosphate gel as the adjuvant treatment of chronic diarrhea can improve treatment efficiency with no significant drug side effects.
