瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉全麻在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用研究

目的观察瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉全麻在妇科腹腔镜手术中的临床效果。方法将妇科腹腔镜手术患者80例随机分为两组:丙泊酚瑞芬太尼组(PR)和丙泊酚芬太尼组(PF),各40例。记录两组患者各时段血流动力学变化、麻醉恢复情况及不良反应等情况。结果两组患者麻醉效果佳,诱导后血压、心率较麻醉前有所降低(P<0.05),均在正常范围内;PR组苏醒时间和拔管时间均短于PF组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉全麻用于妇科腹腔镜手术,术中血流动力学稳定,术后恢复迅速,与芬太尼相比更具优越性。

Application of Remifentanil with Propofol for Total Intravenous Anaesthesia of Gynecologic Laparoscopic

Objective To observe the clinical availability of remifentanil combined with propofol in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients who would receive gynecologic laparoscopic were randomly and equally divided into two groups:group PR and group PF,40 cases in each group.In the two groups hemodynamic changes,anesthesia recovery and adverse reaction were recorded in each period.Results The anesthesia effect of the two groups were good,blood pressure,heart rate dropped after anesthesia(P<0.05),both within the normal range.The time of analepsia and pulling pipe in PR group was shorter than those in PF group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of remifentanil combined with propofol for total intravenous anaesthesia of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can stablize bloodstream dynamics and better recovery index from anesthesia,which is better than fentanyl.
