肝门部胆管癌外科手术治疗的进展

Research Progress of Surgical Operation Treatment for Hilar Cholangiocarcinoma

Hilar cholangiocarcinoma is a common malignant tumor.The early diagnosis is difficult because the clinical symptoms usually appear late.The specific anatomic structure of bile duct and its close relation with blood vessel,peripheral nerves and various neuropeptides,perineural invasiveness and metastasis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma induce the low radical resection rate and poor prognosis.Radical resection of cholangiocarcinoma,including extended resection of invasive blood vessel and metastasis lymph nodes and appliance of liver transplant can promote the survival rate of patients.Therefore,finding new surgery treatments for cholangiocarcinoma is of great significance for improving the clinical therapy.
