食管动力障碍与自身免疫疾病

多种自身免疫系统疾病可以出现食管动力障碍,如进行性系统性硬化、混合性结缔组织病、原发性干燥综合征、炎性肌病、强直性脊柱炎、重症肌无力等。通常表现为反流症状或吞咽困难。但部分食管动力障碍的患者无临床症状。各种自身免疫疾病导致食管动力障碍的特点各不相同,治疗方面除采取对症治疗外还应重视治疗原发病。现就近年来自身免疫疾病导致的食管动力障碍相关的研究进展进行综述。

Esophageal Motility Disorders and Autoimmune Diseases

A variety of autoimmune diseases could be accompanied with esophageal motility disorders,such as progressive systemic sclerosis,mixed connective tissue disease,primary Sjogren syndrome,inflammatory myopathy,ankylosing spondylitis and myasthenia gravis.Patients often suffer from reflux symptoms or dysphagia.However,some esophageal motility disorders are silent without clinical symptoms.The features of various esophageal motility disorders are different,and treatment should not only focus on the symptoms,but also on the primary disease.Here is to make a review on the recent research progress of autoimmune diseases related esophageal motility disorders.
