高脂血症患者血清总胆红素水平的临床探讨

目的研究高脂血症患者血清总胆红素水平与血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇的相关性。方法选择197名血脂正常的健康体检人员作为对照组,206例高脂血血症患者作为观察组,比较两组研究对象血清总胆红素、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平。结果两组血清总胆红素、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平比较,差异有统计学意义（t=3.78、3.17、5.71,均P〈0.001）;观察组血清总胆红素水平与三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平存在负相关关系（r=-0.62、-0.67,均P〈0.05）。结论高脂血症患者血清胆红素水平的测定对患者预后和心血管事件的预测都具有重要的临床意义。

Clinical significance of serum total bilirubin level in patients with hyperlipidemia

Objective To study the correlation between the serum total bilirubin and serum triglycerides,total cholesterol in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 197 cases of health physical examination person with ortholiposis were divided into the control group,206 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into the observation group,then the levels of total serum bilirubin,triglycerides,total cholesterol were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum total bilirubin,triglycerides,total cholesterol were compared between the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(t = 3.78,3.17,5.71,all P < 0.001).Negative correlation existed between the total serum bilirubin level and triglycerides,total cholesterol level of the observation group(r =-0.62,-0.67,P < 0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum total bilirubin level in patients with hyperlipidemia has important clinical significance for the prognosis of patients and prediction of cardiovascular event.
