| 摘 要： | 细菌生物膜可引起慢性及装置相关性感染,在耳鼻咽喉科中,细菌生物膜被证实在感染性疾病中扮演着重要的角色。这些感染性疾病包括慢性中耳炎、胆脂瘤、慢性扁桃体炎、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎、鼓室切开置管的感染及人工耳蜗植入术后的感染。认识慢性细菌感染与细菌生物膜之间的关联对于制订合理的治疗及预防耳鼻咽喉慢性感染的策略至关重要。

| Abstract: | Bacterial biofilms can cause chronic and device-associated infections.In otorhinolaryngology,biofilms have been demonstrated to play an important role in many infections,including chronic otitis media,cholesteatoma,chronic tonsillitis,chronic sinusitis,and infections of tympanostomy tubes and cochlear implants.It′s critical to recognize the correlation between chronic bacterial infection and bacterial biofilms for making reasonable treatment and prevention solutions for chronic otorhinolaryngological infections. |
