关节置换术后假体周围粒子与假体松动的研究进展

摘    要:假体置换术后假体周围发生的骨溶解导致的假体无菌性松动是引起人工关节置换失败的主要原因之一,磨损颗粒可以刺激巨噬细胞等多种细胞产生各种不同的细胞因子,同时活化破骨细胞和抑制成骨细胞。目前研究的热点是研究磨损颗粒引起骨溶解过程中的信号传导通路,而治疗和预防磨损颗粒引起的人工关节松动方面仍然处于实验阶段。本文就磨损颗粒对于成骨细胞和破骨细胞作用的机制及影响因素进行了综述。

Abstract:Prosthesis arthroplasty periprosthetic osteolysis resulted in the aseptic loosening of the prosthesis is a major cause of failure of artificial joint replacement.Wear particles can stimulate macrophages and other cells to produce a variety of cytokines and in the simultaneous activation of osteoclast and inhibition osteoblast.The focus of current research is the study of the wear particles induced osteolysis in the course of signal transduction pathway while treatment and prevention by wear particles of artificial joint loosening is still at the experimental stage.This thesis will be summarize the wear particles on osteoblast and osteoclast function mechanism and the influence factors.
