摘    要:目的实行教学双向量化测评,探讨提高临床带教质量。方法由实习生填写"带教老师综合考评表"以及由带教老师填写"实习生综合考评表"进行双向综合量化评价带教老师、实习生在临床教学活动的情况。结果2004~2007年度带教老师与实习生的综合成绩逐年均有显著的提高,特别是带教老师达优人数的百分率从19.7%升至60.6%,实习生达优人数的百分率从20.0%升至45.7%。结论通过教学双向量化测评,及时发现带教中存在的问题,持续改进教学方法,有利提高临床带教质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore promoting the clinical nursing practical training quality under taking two-way about evaluation of teaching quality.Methods To fill the instructors' evaluation forms by the nursing students,and the students'evaluation forms by the instructors,so as to evaluate the effect of the teaching behavior.Results The records of the constructors and the nursing students are obviously improving year by year from 2004 to 2007. Especially,the rate of the constructors reach excellence from 19.7% to 60.6%,and the nursing students reach excellence from 20.0% to 45.7%.Conclusion Under taking this evaluation about teaching quality,it can discover the problems of the teaching behavior in time,improve the teaching methods unceasingly,benefit for promoting the clinical nursing practical training quality.
