| 摘 要： | 目的探讨雌激素调节蛋白PS2在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床病理间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法对68例乳腺癌中ER、PR及PS2进行检测,分析其与ER、PR及预后的关系。结果PS2与ER显著正相关。在ER（＋）PR（＋）的病例中,PS2阳性表达率为52.0%,而在ER（-）PR（-）的病例中,PS2阳性率仅为14.3%,二者相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。PS2的表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关（P〉0.05）,而与腋下淋巴结状况有关（P〈0.01）。结论在乳腺癌中PS2的表达与ER、PR呈正相关关系,并与腋下淋巴结状况有关。PS2可以作为预测乳腺癌预后的一项重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussing the relationship between the PS2 estrogen-regulated protein expression in breast cancer and clinical pathology.Methods Testing 68 cases of breast cancer in the ER,PR and PS2 with immunohistochemistry SABC law.Results PS2 and ER were related Obviously.In the cases of the ER( ) and PR( ),PS2 positive rate was 52.0%,and in the the cases of ER (-) PR (-),PS2 positive rate was only 14.3%,the difference was obvious(P<0.01).PS2 had not relation with the age of the patients and the size of the tumor(P>0.05),but had trelation with the axillary lymph nodes(P<0.01).Conclusion The PS2 in breast cancer and the ER,PR are related,which have relation with Axillary lymph nodes.PS2 can predict breast cancer as an important indicator of prognosis. |
