计算机辅助组织工程的研究进展

摘    要:目的 了解计算机技术在组织工程学研究方面的应用情况。方法广泛查阅近年有关计算机技术、图像处理、计算机辅助设计及先进制造技术等应用于组织工程研究的相关文献,并进行综述。结果计算机辅助组织工程学是计算机辅助技术和组织工程学相结合产生的新的研究领域,是未来组织工程学研究发展的新方向,包括医学CT/MRI扫描、计算机辅助三维重建、解剖组织建模、计算机辅助设计、快速成型技术、计算机辅助组织工程支架制作、计算机辅助组织植入等。结论计算机辅助组织工程学在组织工程支架制作、人工组织植入等方面用途广泛,是组织工程学研究的新的有效途径。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the recent advances of the application of computer technology in tissue engineering. Methods The recent original articles related to computer technology, medical image technology, computer-aided design, the advanced manufacture technology were summarized and systematically analyzed. Results Computer-aided tissue engineering is a new field on tissue engineering. It is the future direction of tissue engineering study. This article reviews recent development of medical CT/MRI scanning, three-dimensional reconstruction, anatomical modeling, computer-aided design, computer-aided manufacturing, rapid prototyping, RP manufacturing of tissue engineering scaffolds and computer-aided implantation. Conclusion Computer-aided tissue engineering can be used in scaffolds design and fabrication, computer-aided artificial tissue implantation. It is a new field on tissue engineering.
