| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者抗sm抗体阳性与临床表现和血清学的关系。方法:将30例抗sm抗体阳性患者临床表现和血清学特征与84例阴性者进行比较。结果:抗sm抗体阳性与疾病活动程度及内脏病变相关。结论:抗sm抗体可作为判断系统性红斑狼疮病情活动程度及内脏病变发生率的一个重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the relationship between positive anti - sm antibody and clinical and serolgical manifestation. Methods: The clinical characteristics in 30 case of positive anti - sm antibody patients and 84 case of negative patients were compared . Results: Anti - sm antibody is correlated with the activeness of the disease and its damage to viscera. Conclusion: Anti - sm antibody may be the one of the signal to assess the activeness of lupus glomerulonephritis and its visceral damage. |
