汽油车尾气颗粒物中有机成分分析及对细胞免疫毒性研究

摘    要:为了研究汽油车尾气颗粒物有机提取物中几种多环芳烃的含量及其对小鼠细胞功能的影响。「方法」采用大流量空气采样器采集汽油车尾气颗粒物,用高效液相色谱仪分析颗粒物有机提取物中6种多环芳烃(苯并(a)芘、苯并(a)蒽、Qi、芘、菲、晕苯)的含量。

Abstract:Objective]To research the contents of several polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in particulates of gasoline fueled engine exhaust and their cellular immunotoxity Methods]The levels of 6 PAHs compounds,such as B(a)P,B(a)A,CHR,PYR,PHE and COR,in organic extracts obtained from particulates in gasoline fueled engine exhaust sampled by high flow air sampler were detected with high performance liquid chromatography T lymphocyte transformation test was carried out and the activities of interleukin 2(IL 2) were detected in mice spleen lymphocytes treated with organic extracts Results]The level of B(a)P was 40% of the total levels of 6 PAHs compounds in organic extracts,which was the highest among the 6 PAHs compounds in exhaust particulates The inhibition on T lymphocyte transformation function were observed at the concentrations of organic extracts from exhaust particulates,such as 10,40 and 160 mg/kg,which revealed significant dose response relationship( r=-0 9340, one sided test, P<0 05 ) in mice The activities of IL 2 of the lymphocytes treated with extracts were lower than those of control group Conclusion]The organic extracts of gasoline fueled automobile exhaust particulates presented more obvious cellular immunotoxicity
