| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胎膜早破（PROM）对妊娠结局的影响.方法：对356例胎膜早破者进行回顾性分析.结果：在胎膜早破的易发因数中,感染占首位,胎膜早破组的剖宫产率、产后出血率、产褥病率明显高于对照组,破膜的时间与新生儿窒息等并发症之间关系密切.结论：胎膜早破是产科常见并发症之一,对母婴造成不良影响.对于不同孕周胎膜早破者应及时采取不同治疗措施及分娩方式以减少围生期母婴并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of Premature Ruptue of Membranes(PROM) on pregnancy outcome.Methods:Total of 356 patients with PROM was analyzed retrospectively.Results:In the factors related to PROM,infection played the most important role.The incidence of caesarean section,puerperal hemorrhage and puerperal morbidity in PROM group were significantly higher than the compar group.The rupture time of membrane was associated with some neonatal complications.Conclusion:Patients of PROM with different weeks of pregnancy should be treated with different methods to decrease the perinatal complication. |
