静脉穿刺不同进针法对血管组织损伤的对比研究

目的探讨针尖斜面向左静脉直刺法对皮肤血管损伤的影响。方法操作者分别用针尖斜面向上和针尖斜面向左两种直刺法,对130例病人和12只新西兰大白兔进行静脉穿刺,采用自身对照法,观察受试对象的疼痛反应、针孔堵塞及血管组织的损伤等指标,经统计学处理进行分析比较。结果病人组及动物组的疼痛反应、管周瘀血、针头堵塞及对血管壁损伤的程度等,经χ2检验,P<0.01或P<0.05,差异均有显著意义,针尖斜面向左静脉直刺法对局部组织、血管损伤小,病理改变轻,疼痛反应小。结论针尖斜面向左静脉直刺法,对皮肤血管的机械性切割损伤小,可以达到减轻病人疼痛及对组织血管损伤的目的,提高穿刺成功率。

Contrasted study of the effect on skin and vessel wound by two different method of vein puncture.

Objective To study the effect on skin and vessel wound by two different method of vein puncture with the ram of needle point towards left. Methods 130 patients and 12 New Zealand rabbit with vein puncture with the ram of needle point up ward and towards left were selected and observed their response of pain,blockage of pinhole,damage to blood vessel, and analyzed by self-control.Results The response of pain,peri-vessel congestion,blockage of pinhole and damage to vessel were less in patients and rabbits with vein puncture with the ram of needle point towards left than upward(P<0.05). Conclusions Damage to vessel was less when vein punctured with the ram of needle point towards left thismethod can relieve pain of patients and succeed in more patients.
