| 摘 要： | 目的:观察消旋卡多曲联合喜炎平治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的疗效。方法:将大便轮状病毒检测阳性的135例腹泻患儿分为两组,治疗组70例给予喜炎平5～10mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,加用消旋卡多曲,体重<9kg给予10mg/次,体重≥9kg给予20mg/次,3次/d;对照组65例用利巴韦10～15mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.7%、67.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:消旋卡多曲联合喜炎平治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻疗效显著,安全性好。

| Abstract: | ObjecUve：To investigate the joint Racecadotril Xiyanping infants and young children on the treatment of rotavirus diarrhea. Methods：The detection of positive stool rotavirus diarrhea in 135 patients divided into two groups, 70 cases of the treatment group given Xiyanping 5-10mg/（kg o d）infusion,plus Racecadotril weight〈9kg given 10mg/time,body weight≥9kg to give 20mg/time,3 times/d,with 65 cases of the control group Ribavirin 10-15mg/（kg o d）intravenous drip.Results：The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 95.7% ,67.7% ,compared the two groups there was a significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Joint Racecadotril Xiyanping infants with rotavirus diarrhea treatment is effective and safe is good. |
