医疗纠纷中法律法规的应用

医疗纠纷是当前的社会热点之一,处理十分棘手。在我国卫生立法尚不完善的情况下,应用现行有关法津法规如《医疗事故处理办法》、《消费者权益保护法》、《民法通则》、《刑法》等处理医疗纠纷,无疑起了积极作用。因此我们必须认真学习法律法规,依法处理医疗纠纷,维护医患双方的合法权益。

Medical tangle is one of the majo r problems in present society and it is very difficult to tackle it.On the condit ion that the establishmen t system of the rule of law in medical field is not adequate in China,the enforcement of certain law s of regulation in effect such as The Regulation on the Settlemen t of Medical Negligence,Consumer Protection Law,Civil Law and Criminal Law undoubtedly plays an active role in settling medical tangles.Therefore,we must study the system of the rule of laws carefully so as to deal well with relationship between doctor and patient,deal well with medical tangles according to laws.in medical field which will accord with Chinese national condition will benefit the fu rtherdevelopment of medical serves and the standardization of settlemen t of medical tangles.
