医院继续医学教育现状分析与改革

本文分析了首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院继续医学教育目前存在的问题,指出继续医学教育项目举办的时间、场地及内容的限制以及政策导向与实际工作之间的偏差,所导致的继续医学教育I类、II类学分项目比例失衡,这是阻碍医院继续医学教育健康有序发展的重要原因,对此,实施了有针对性的继续医学教育改革,并取得了一定的效果.

Thinking on continuing medical education in hospital

By analysing the existing problems of continuing medical education in Beijing Tongren Hospital of Capital Medical University,the important factors to impede healthy and orderly development of continuing medical education in hospital were analyzed,such as the constraints of time,space and content of the educational project organized,I and II class credit allocation imbalances by deviation between the policy-oriented and practical work.Some relevant reforms were carried out and certain effects were achieved.
