乳腺癌术后皮下积液的防治体会

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣下积液的原因及防治。方法乳腺癌患者110例，随机分为观察组和对照组，所有患者术后均采用加压包扎、双管负压引流，观察组分别于第6、9天拔除引流管，对照组按常规于术后6天拔除引流管，两组进行对比研究。结果观察组术后皮瓣下积液发生率为6．2％，对照组术后皮瓣下积液发生率为20％，有显著差异。结论乳腺癌根治术后加压包扎、双管负压引流、分次延期拔管，可减少皮下积液的发生。

The Prevention and Treatment of Subcutaneous Hydrops after Radical Mastetomy of Breast Cancer

Objective To discuss the reasens, prevention and treatment of subcutaneous hydrops after radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods 110 cases of breast cancer patients were .selected and divided into two groups randomly; observation group and contral group. All patients were given compression bandaging, twin- tube suction drainage. The drainage tube were removed on 6,9 days respectively in the observation group; and the drainage tube were removed on the six day conventionally in the control group, the two groups were compared. Results The rate of subcutaneous hydrops was 6.2 % in observation group after operation and the rate of subcutaneous hydrops is 20 % in control group, there are obvious difference. Conclusion Compression bandaging, twin - tube drainage with negative pressure, removeal of drainage tube respectively can reduce the occurrence of subcutaneous fluid after radical mastectomy.
