辛甘化阳法在《温病条辨》中的应用

“辛甘化阳”四字常指辛温、辛热之品与甘温甘平之剂合用以扶助阳气。其实不然，寒凉之品中辛甘合用亦可有扶阳之能，又可制其温燥之性，从而化生无穷妙用。辛甘相合，其应用广泛，化阳之功用可简概为以下七种：一、扶正阻邪深入，二、护阳守津液，三、扶正清余邪，四、扶阳化浊，五、通阳调气，六、生津润燥，七、护心通窍。

Replenishing yang with drugs acrid and sweet in taste,which usually means the herbs with pungent in flavor,warm or heat in property,mix with the herbs sweet in flavor can activate yang-qi.While,using pungent and sweet together during the drugs with cool or cold in property can also do the same influence, furthermore,this pattern can decrease dry-heat side effect.It has much wonderful use,seven functions in concise:Firstly,supportingvital-qiand.resisting evils;Secondly,guarding yang to stop jin dispersing;Thirdly,tonifing vital-qi and eliminating remaining evils;Forthly,supporting yang and dissolving turbid substance;Fifthly,regulating yang and qi;Sixthly,generating jin to moisturize dryness;The last,guarding heat and penetrating orifices.
