| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江医院质量管理模式的调查，发现大多数医院质量管理模式存在发展缓慢、优秀质量管理理论运用不足、领导层重视程度不够、专职质管人员匹配不足以及质量培训投入不够等问题，在此基础上分析从外部导入成熟的质量管理模式接受认证和自建质量管理模式两种途径的优缺点，为医院管理者提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | According to our survey of the current quality management modes of hospitals in Zhejiang Province,an analysis is made of problems such as slow development of quality mode,inadequate utilization of good quality theories,less emphasis on quality by hospital administrators,lack of professional human resources,and less input for quality training.Based on the issues,the article points out the advantages and disadvantages about accepting external quality certification and setting up quality mode in its own way in order to provide suggestions for hospital administrators. |
