| 摘 要： | 以外观、溶出度、有关物质为指标,对盐酸米多君片的处方进行筛选.结果显示采用甘露醇、预胶化淀粉、羧甲淀粉钠为主要辅料,可消除配伍禁忌,且片剂稳定性好.

| Abstract: | The formulation of midodrine hydrochloridetablets wasoptimized using appearance,dissolution and related substancesas indexes. The resultsshowed thatmidodrinehydrochloridetabletsprepared using mannitol,pregelatinized starch and sodium carboxymethylstarch as the main excipientswere preferable. |
