高压氧治疗在人工种植牙中的临床应用

摘    要:本文介绍了将高压氧治疗作为种植术后的一种辅助治疗方法引入人工种植牙技术中,观察了15例牙槽骨密度不足、牙周病、种植区骨量不足等临床非理想种植适应症病例和多枚种植体同时种植术后辅助高压氧治疗的临床效果。15例患者种植术后第三天始接受高压氧治疗10-15次,4个月后完成种植义齿修复,通过8-28个月的随访,所有种植体稳固无松动,修复体功能良好,X线片显示种植体周无透射影、无明显骨吸收。作者认为,种植术后接受高压氧治疗具有减轻植入区炎性反应,促进新骨形成,加快种植体骨融合速度的作用,对临床上提高人工种植牙的成功率有一定的意义。

Abstract:Hyrperbaric oxygenation was applied to dental implant treatment for 15 Patients with per quantitative orqualitative bone. Periodontitis. the patients were treated by hyperbaric oxygenation (10 -15 times. once aday) three days after the first stage operation, the supperetructure prosthesis was done 4 month after the firststage operation. 8-28 month follow-up, all implants were stable and the function was ideal, there was notranslucence in Peri-implant by x-ray examination, so it is concluded that hperbaricc Oxyegnation can improve the success of dental implant.
