| 摘 要： | 对国内有关化疗后白细胞减少症的中医药治疗与一般升白西药疗效比较的单项研究进行综合评价和定量分析。用计算机检索国内2003年1月1日前中国生物医学文献光盘数据库,主题词为“白细胞减少”“随机对照试验”,副主题词为“中医治疗”“中药治疗”“针灸疗法”“中西医治疗”。对所有纳入文献按随机效应模型加以分析,并对纳入文献中单纯中药治疗的随机对照试验按固定效应模型分析。随机效应模型结果:合并OR=10.59,95％CI为(7.29,15.39),P<0.001。固定效应模型结果:合并OR=17.137,95％CI为(10.421,28.180),P<0.001。结果表明,对于化疗后白细胞减少症,中医药治疗行之有效,较一般升白西药有明显优势。

| Abstract: | This paper comprehensively assesses and quantitatively analyzes the treatment of post-chemotherapeutic leukopenia by Chinese medicine and western medicine. The databases CBM Disk before 2003 were retrieved to compare Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of post-chemotherapeutic leukopenia. Resuits: in random-effects model, odds ratio was 10.59%, 59%CI of 7.29 and 15.39, P<0.001 ; in fixod-effects model, odds ratio was 17.137,59%CI of 10.42 and 28.180, P<0.001. It is indicated that Chinese medicine can raise the white blcod cell more significandy than western medicines. |
