成人正畸患者心理健康状态的相关因素分析

目的了解成人正畸患者的心理健康状况，探讨其与错衿类型、对正畸治疗的满意度之间的关系，为临床治疗提供参考性依据。方法选取接受正畸治疗的成人患者94例进行问卷调查，内容包括患者个人一般情况、错袷畸形类型、对治疗的满意度、身心症状自评量表，采取个体测试的方式，填好调查表后收回。数据处理采用SAS8．0统计软件进行统计分析。结果①与全国性正常模型进行比较，成人正畸患者存在心理健康问题，尤其在抑郁、焦虑等方面最为显著。②错袷畸形类型不同，对心理健康的影响不同，安氏三类畸形之间存在显著差异。心理健康状态的差异，导致对治疗效果的满意度存在差异，“很满意”组的心理健康状态接近于常模。结论①成人正畸患者存在心理健康问题。②畸形类型不同，心理健康状态不同，对治疗的满意度不同。

The related factors analysis of orthodontic adults in mental health

Objective To study mental health in the orthodontic adults and further to analyze the relationship among the mental health and Angle's classification and the degree of satisfaction.Methods Ninety four adult patients were investigated by asking the questions including Angle's classification,the degree of satisfaction, symptom check list-90.Results There were some questions of mental health in the orthldontic patients compared with the national normal pattern, especially in the aspects of depression,anxiety. The aspect of anxiety was affected most greatly by abnormity and the factor of delusion affected the degree of satisfaction most greatly.Conclusion There are some problems in the mental health of orthodontic adults compared with the national normal pattern.Because of the difference of abnormity and mental health,degree of satisfaction for treatment and the effect to every factor is different.
