| 摘 要： | 区域卫生信息化是城乡医疗卫生体制改革的重要组成部分。区域个人健康唯一标识的定义是建设区域健康数据中心。是实现区域医疗卫生信息共享的前提条件和基础。结合具体实例深入剖析在区域医疗卫生服务一卡通实施中遇到的难点和问题。并提出了具体解决方案。

| Abstract: | Regional health informatization is an important part of the urban-rural health system reform. The definition of the unique identification of regional personal health is the precondition and basis for the construction of regional health data center and realization of regional medical health information sharing. This article, combining with specific examples, gives us a thorough analysis of practical difficulties and topics in the implementation of regional medical health service all-in-one card and puts forward a specific solution. |
