肥胖与血脂、血压、脂肪肝等因素关系的Logistic回归分析

目的：探讨广西地区人群肥胖与年龄、性别、民族、脂代谢紊乱及心脑血管疾病危险因素的相关性。方法：对1598例参加健康体检人群的资料用非条件Logistic回归分析方法分析肥胖与性别、民族、年龄、血压、血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、脂肪肝、心电图异常及糖尿病、高血压病、冠心病、脑血管病病史等因素的相关关系。结果：在控制混杂因素后肥胖与脂肪肝、收缩压、甘油三酯浓度密切相关，与民族密切相关，非广西壮、汉族以外的其他民族体重指数（BMI）最高，其次是广西的的汉族，BMI最小的是广西壮族。与性别密切相关，男性BMI高于女性。与心电图异常呈负相关。结论：对容易出现肥胖的人群及男性应注意监控体重。肥胖的人群除了控制体重外，还应治疗伴随的脂肪肝、高血压及高脂血症。

Non- conditional logistic regression analysis of associations of obesity with serum lipids, blood pressure, fatty liver and other affecting factors

Objective:To study the associations of obesity with age,sex,nationality,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,serum lipids,fatty liver,electrocardiograph(ECG) and other affecting factors.Methods:Height,weight,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,serum lipids,ultrasonography of liver and ECG in investigated 1598 subjects were examined.The age,nationality and the history of diabetes,hypertension,coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease were quested.Results:Obesity associated significantly with fatty liver,nationality,systolic blood pressure,sex(obesity in males more often to be seen than that in females)and triglyceride.And abnomal ECG was not often in obesity.Conclusion:It is important to monitor the weight in the group that there is high risk with obesity,also to reduce the weight and treat the complications such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia and fatty liver in obese group.
