| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨影响乳腺癌病人生存质量的因素.方法]采用癌症治疗方法评估表-乳腺癌分量表对284例乳腺癌住院病人进行问卷调查.结果]影响乳腺癌病人生存质量的众多因素中,病人的经济状况、文化程度、年龄、是否在意女性特征、婚姻状况以及治疗副反应的影响显著.结论]建议护理专家对乳腺癌病人给予有效的心理干预,以改善并提高病人的生存质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the factors influencing living quality of patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 284 breast cancer inpatients were investigated by filling out cancer therapies evaluation scale (by FACT-B) and the data were analyzed by FACT-B. Results: Among factors influencing living quality of breast cancer patients, economic situation, culture,ages, whether taking into account of female characters, marriage condition and adverse reactions of therapy had remarkable influence on their living quality.Conclusion:It suggested that nursing experts provide effective psychological intervention to improve the living quality of breast cancer patients. |
