摘    要:目的足细胞对于维持肾小球滤过屏障的稳定性极为重要。足细胞的损伤可导致肾小球滤过功能障碍和相关肾脏疾病的发生。上皮-间质转分化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)是足细胞损伤的一种表现形式,也是多种肾小球疾病的始动因素之一。本文主要针对足细胞EMT的定义、具体表现、诱导因素、发生机制及相关肾小球疾病及其防治进行综述,以期阐明足细胞EMT最近研究进展,为相关肾脏疾病的治疗提供参考。

Abstract:Podocytes are extremely important for maintaining the stability of the glomerular filtration barrier,which can lead to glomerular filtration dysfunction and associated kidney disease.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is a manifestation of podocyte injury and one of the initiating factors of various glomerular diseases.This article focuses on the definition,specific manifestations,inducing factors,mechanisms of occurrence and related glomerular diseases of the podocyte EMT and its prevention and treatment,in order to clarify the recent research progress of podocyte EMT,and provide reference for the treatment of related kidney diseases.
