阿替普酶联合丁苯酞对急性缺血性脑卒中患者抗氧化能力和血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘    要:目的探讨阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者抗氧化能力和血清炎性因子水平的影响.方法将92例急性缺血性脑卒中患者按治疗方案分为两组,每组46例.两组均予以阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,研究组在此基础上联合丁苯酞治疗,观察2周.于治疗前后测定两组血清炎性因子(超敏C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6)、丙二醛及超氧化物岐化酶水平,并比较两组治疗效果.结果研究组总有效率为95.7%,对照组为80.4%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组血清超敏C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6及丙二醛水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);超氧化物岐化酶水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中能提高临床疗效,明显降低血清炎性因子水平,提高抗氧化能力,有利于预后.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide on antioxidative capacity and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 92 patients with AIS were divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=46)according to different treatment options.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis with ateplase,while the study group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis with butylphthalide and ateplase.Patients were observed for 2 weeks.Serum inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6),MDA and SOD levels were measured before and after treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.7%)was higher than that of the control group(80.4%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and MDA in serum of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The SOD level was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,significantly reduce the serum inflammatory factor levels,improve the antioxidant capacity,and are beneficial to the prognosis.
