青岛市2007年肾综合征出血热监测分析

目的掌握青岛市肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的流行特点,指导今后的防治工作。方法对青岛市2007年HFRS监测资料进行分析。结果全市发病率为1.64/10万,病死率为3.15%。季节发病呈双峰型,以秋冬季为主。12个市区中,8个有病例报告。郊区5市发病占总数的93.70%,其中胶南发病率最高,为5.58/10万。农民占83.46%,20-60岁组占89.76%,男女之比为4.08∶1。居民区主要鼠种为小家鼠和褐家鼠,分别占48.93%和27.90%。野外褐家鼠构成最高,占42.55%。居民区和野外阳性率分别为0.86%和4.26%。结论我市2007年HFRS发病率虽较往年明显降低,但郊区5个市仍是发病重点,应加强防治。

Epidemiological analysis on surveillance of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Qingdao in 2007

Objective To master the characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and guide the prevention and the treatment.Methods Surveillance data of HFRS in 2007 was described and analyzed.Results The morbidity rate of HFRS in 2007 was 1.64/100 000,the fatality rate was 3.15%,two seasonal peaks emerged in which autumn-winter ones was much higher.Cases were reported from eight of 12 districts and the total number from five suburban counties accounted for 93.70%.Morbidity rate in Jiaonan was 5.58/100 000,being the highest.Of all cases,83.46% was peasants,age group 20-60 accounted for 89.76%.The ratio of male to female was 4.08:1.The main species in residential areas was Mus musculus and Rattus norvegicus.In fields Rattus norvegicuswas was the main.Prevalent rates in residential areas and in fields were 0.86% and 4.26%,respectively.Conclusion Morbidity rate decreased much more in 2007 than some years.Five suburban counties were persistently the main focuses.Preventive measures should be strengthened.
