感冒舒颗粒澄清工艺研究

目的考察甲壳素对感冒舒颗粒水提浓缩清膏的澄清效果并检测含量。方法通过正交试验优选最佳澄清工艺备件，分别检测自然沉降法和甲壳素澄清法澄清后供试品的相对密度、总固体物含量。结果甲壳素澄清后相对密度、总固体物含量略有下降，但差异不大。结论对于感冒舒颗粒，甲壳素有较好的澄清效果。

Study on Clarification Technology of Ganmaoshu Granules

Objective To investigate the clarifying effect of chitin on the aqueous enrichment extract of Ganmaoshu Ganules and to determine its content. Methods The orthogonal design was used to optimize the clarifying conditions. The relative density and the total solids contents were examined after clarification by natural and chitin clarifications. Results After clarification by chitin, the relative density and the total solids content declined slightly, but the difference was small. Conclusion Chitin has better clarifying effect on Ganmaoshu Granules
