荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测丙型肝炎病毒的临床应用

摘    要:目的:用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)测定丙型肝炎病毒在临床的应用。方法:用FQ-PCR检测378例怀疑HCV感染的临床标本,并同时采用ELISA检测抗-HCV,用生化仪测定ALT水平,了解样本中HCQ-RNA含量与抗-HCV及ALT的相关性。结果:378份标本中216份HCV-RNA含量高于103拷贝/ml,348份抗-HCV阳性,156份ALT异常,经统计分析每两者间其有明显相关性。结论:FQ-PCR技术检测HCV-RNA特异性强,灵敏度高,具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application of the Fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)in the detection of HCV infection. Methods 378 sera from patients clinically diagnosed hepatitis C were detected by FQ-PCR and antibody to HCV with ELISA, ALT by Spearman correlation analysis was used to understand the correlation between the HCV RNA copies and the anti-HCV titers and ALT standard. Results HCV RNA copies in 216 of 378 samples were more than 10~3 copies/ml, while 348 of 378 samples were detected anti-HCV positive. There is a good correlation between these two methods. Conclusion FQ-PCR is a specific and sensitive method for the detection of HCV infection, and can be widely used in clinical detection.
