脑波治疗仪辅助治疗脑性昏迷患者促醒作用研究

【目的】探观察脑波治疗仪治疗脑性昏迷患者的临床疗效。【方法】脑性昏迷患者随机分为对照组40例和脑波治疗组40例,对照组给予常规治疗,脑波治疗组在常规治疗的基础上辅以脑波治疗仪治疗,根据昏迷恢复量表（coma recoveryscale-revised,CRS-R）评分判断临床疗效。【结果】脑波治疗组CRS-R由（5.6±1.9）增至（12.4±4.5）;对照组CRS-R由（5.2±1.7）增至（9.6±4.80）;脑波治疗仪的临床有效率为70.0%;对照组为40.0%;脑波组的平均促醒时间为（22.1±7.8）d,对照组为（26.9±4.8）d,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。【结论】脑波治疗仪辅助治疗对脑性昏迷患者具有良好的促醒作用。

Study on brain-care apparatus in improving the level of consciousness of patients in brain coma

Objective] To investigate the efficacy of brain-care apparatus in treatment of brain coma. Methods] 80 patients in brain coma were randomly divided into two groups, which were given routine therapy （40 cases） or brain-care apparatus therapy plus routine therapy （40 cases）. Coma recovery seale-revised（CRS-R） score was used to assess the efficacy of these therapies. Results] CRS-R score was increased from （5.6±1.9） to （12.4±4.5 in in group with brain-care therapy. In control group, CRS-R score was increased from （5.2±1.7） to （9.6±4.8）. The effective rate was 70.0% in brain-care therapy plus routine therapy group while 40.0% in control group. The average time of conscious recovery was （22.1±7.8） d in group with brain-care therapy, while （26.9±4.8） d in control group. There was significantly difference between two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusions] Brain-care apparatus is effective in improving the level of consciousness of patients in brain coma.
