| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨呼吸末正压（ＰＥＥＰ）对象气管痉挛的治疗效果，方法：对２９例支气管痉挛患者，按治疗方法分为常规处理方法（静脉主射氟美松，氨茶碱、吸痰）与新技术处理方法（喷雾给药、应用ＰＥＥＰ），结果：常规处理方法治疗效果差、合并症多，新技术处理方法治疗效果确切，见效快、无任何合并症，结论：ＰＥＥＰ对治疗支气管痉挛能真情以９０％的作用，是很好的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:[WT5BZ]To probe into the treating effect of PEEP to bronchiospasma.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]To devide 29 patients into two groups:routine group (intravenous injection of hexadcadrol and aminophylline,sucking sputum) and new technique group (sprinkling administration and using peep).[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The patients of routine group got bad effect and have complications;Patients of new technique group got quick and satisfied effect without any complications .[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]PEEP is an effective treating therapy and takes 90% part of role in treating bronchiospasma. [WT5HZ] |
