| 摘 要： | 采用不同的测试方法,评价了UFRO—01型膜法医用纯水制备装置工艺过程及各段水质,为装置的设计、运转提供了依据。尤其经紫外光谱、荧光光谱、高效液相色谱及细菌内毒素的分析,表明该装置的水质与多效蒸馏水水质基本一致,达到了医药用水的水质要求。该装置工艺设计比较合理。

| Abstract: | Various analysing metheds were used to evaluate the technological process of model UFRO -01 membrane pure water system and its purity of water. The results of analysis have given a reference to the design and operation of the system. Especially, the ultraviolet absorption, fluorescent spectra, HPLC and bacterial endotoxin analysis have shown that the purity of water by membrane is similar to that of water by multi-effect still and meets the requirements of pharmaceutical grade water. The technological design of this system is reasonable. |
