| 摘 要： | 目的建立双参消银胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,a-pollo-C18色谱柱（4.6×250mm;5μm）;流动相为甲醇-0.1%的磷酸溶液（34∶66）,流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷的线性范围为0.62μg～3.72μg（r=0.9993）;平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为2.39%（n=6）。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为双参消银胶囊的质量检测方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shuangshenxiaoyin Capsule.Methods HPLC analysis was adopted with apollo-C18 column（4.6×250 mm;5 μm）and mobile phase of Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（34∶66）,at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection wave 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.62 μg to 3.72 μg（r=0.999 3）;The average recovery was 99.26%,RSD=2.39%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate in determination and can be used for quality evaluation of Shuangshenxiaoyin Capsule. |
