摘    要:目的:探讨N端-脑钠肽前体(NT-pmBNP)与心肌缺血的相关性。方法:78例不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者根据Braunwald分级进行分组,检测血浆心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTNI)和NTproBNP。结果:UA患者血浆NT-proB—NP水平随着Braundwald分级增高而增高,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。cTNI测定值亦随Braundwald分级增高而增高,但BraundwaldⅠ级和Ⅱ级之间差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而BraundwaldlⅡ级和Ⅲ级之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);BraundwaldⅠ级和Ⅲ级之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:血浆NT-proBNP水平能较好地反映心肌缺血的程度。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between the plasma concentration of NT-proBNP and myocardial ischemia. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with unstable angina (UA) were investigated and divided into three groups according to Bratmdwald classes. The plasma concentration of NT-proBNP and cardiac trophin Ⅰ (CTNI) were examined. Results: The concentration of NT-proBNP in patients with UA increased gradually with the upgra- ding of Braundwald classes, and there was significant difference between the groups (P〈0. 05). The concentration of CTNI were increased with the upgrading of Braundwald classes too, but there was no significant difference between Braundwald Ⅰ and Braundwald Ⅱ (P〉0. 05). However the difference between Braundwald Ⅱ and Braundwald Ⅲ was significant (P〈0. 05) , and the difference between Braundwald Ⅰ and Braundwald Ⅲ was significant (P〈 0. 05) too. Conclusion: Plasma concentration of NT-proBNP might reflect the severity of myocardial ischemia.
