川芎对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的影响

川芎煎液和醇提液ｉｇ和ｓｃ注射给药均能明显提高大、小鼠高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬＣ）含量和降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬＣ）含量。提示川芎不仅减少胆固醇在肠道的吸收，加速胆固醇在体内的转化，可能还增加高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）对血中胆固醇的转运和低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ）受体对ＬＤＬ的摄取，从而减少冠心病和动脉粥样硬化的危险

Effects of Chuanxiong on HDL C and LDL C of Experimental Animals

This article reported that the gastric perfusion and subcutaneous injection of the decoction and alcoholic solution of Chuanxiong could both increase the contents of HDL C and decrease the contents of LDL C remarkably.This seggested that Chuanxiong could not only reduce the absorption of cholesterol in the intestines,speed up the transformation of cholesterol in the body but also help HDL to transfer cholesteral in the blood and help the receptors of LDL to absorb LDL.Thus,the danger of coronary heart diseases and atheroscloerosis could be reduced.
