| 摘 要： | 用ＭＴＴ 法及ＡＯ／ＥＢ 荧光法观察了姜黄素与５氟尿嘧啶对人白血病Ｋ５６２ 细胞体外抗癌的协同作用，结果发现姜黄素与５氟尿嘧啶合用有相加甚至增强作用，尤其是对诱导细胞凋亡的协同作用更为突出，协同效果呈剂量依赖性增强

| Abstract: | The synergistic antitumour effects of curcumin(Cur) and 5 Fluorouracil(5 Fu) on K562 cell in vitro were studied with MTT method and AO/EB fluorescent staining.It was found that the combinations of Cur and 5 Fu for 48h increased both inhibition rate and apoptosis rate to a greater extent than occurred for cell treated with either compound alone. |
