| 摘 要： | 我院自1980年采用气管隆凸切除术治疗肺癌患者。近2年，对于部分侵及气管下段隆凸的肺癌患者，采用气管隆凸切除、重建术，提高了肺癌患者术后的生活质量。现将198o年至今施行气管隆凸切除及重建术4例，报告如下。临床资料本组4例中，男性3例，女性1例，年龄48～67岁；全部病例均为右支气管肺癌侵及右主支气管、隆凸或气管下段；3例男性均为鳞癌，术后临床病理分期TZN。风，l例女性为燕麦细胞癌．临床病理分期TZNMi。4例气管、支气管切缘均阴性。本组4例中，右全肺隆凸切除术2例，气管、左主支气管端端用细丝线间断全层缝合；右肺上叶隆…

| Abstract: | Four paients with lung cancer ware treaed by resection and reconstrction of the tracheal carina since 1980. Modified method and surgical procedures, indication of the opertion and postoperative respiratory management were discussed. The authors emphasized the advantages of continuous suture with 3-0 prolene,which caused no or very few complications if any. |
