| 摘 要： | 目的：分析颅咽管瘤的磁共振成像（MRI）表现,评价其对颅咽管瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析22例经手术病理证实的颅咽管瘤的MRI表现。结果：22例颅咽管瘤发生于鞍上11例,鞍旁1例,鞍内3例,鞍内鞍上7例。囊性4例,囊实性15例（其中有壁结节5例）,实性3例。囊性部分T1WI信号表现多样,可呈低、中、高信号,T2WI均为高信号,实性部分多表现为等T1与长T2信号,Gd-DTPA增强扫描示囊壁呈弧形或环形强化。结论：MRI可清楚显示肿瘤信号特点及与周围结构的关系,具有较好的定位及定性诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)manifestations of craniopharyngioma and evaluate the diagnostic values of MRI in the disease. Methods:MRI features of 22 cases of craniopharyngioma which confirmed by operation and histopathology were retrospectively observed.
